1. Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

    • Unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging

    • Not customized or personalized

  • Decorative items that are fragile or breakable must be returned carefully to avoid damage.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Gift cards or vouchers

  • Items damaged due to customer misuse


3. How to Initiate a Return

  • Contact our customer support team at support@3dfutureinterior.com within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return.

  • Our team will provide instructions for returning the product.


4. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.


5. Exchanges

  • At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.


6. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with a photo of the damage.

  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.


7. Shipping for Returns

  • Customers are responsible for shipping the product back, unless the item was damaged or defective.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the item reaches us safely.
